AINA Brand OS · candidate (gates AIN-251) richest > latest 2026-06-01

One Living Doc — and the Forks to Decide

Synthesized the ICP, voice, positioning, and narrative into one Brand OS from the consolidated sources — preferring richest over latest, merging where the newer doc only added. Six real forks surfaced; the rest was additive.

The living doc is written and usable. Only the decisions below are open. My recommendation is applied in the doc (richest-preferred); flip any with one word. The biggest one: the "second brand" is AINative.Marketing, not "AIFluentCore" (which appears in no source), and the academy↔marketing split is flagged unresolved in your own notes.

Decisions — your call

Four genuine forks (+ two resolved)

C1 · BRAND ARCHITECTURE
One brand, or two faces?

Recommended: one platform brand ainative.academy; treat AINative.Marketing (+ 110/OneOneZero) as a sibling content/GTM brand, not a platform sub-brand. Keep their taglines out of platform copy.

Alt: formally split / co-brand now. — "AIFluentCore" is in zero sources; disregard. PKM flags this unresolved → genuinely your call.

C2 · LEVEL-1 NAME
"Prompter" vs "MetaPrompting"

Recommended: Prompter for learner-facing copy (matches the founder-locked ICP + marketing).

Alt: MetaPrompting (current live site + repo positioning). Picking Prompter means a copy change in FiveLevelsSection.astro (ties to U3/U7). Levels 2–5 agree: Operator · Centaur · Builder · Orchestrator.

C3 · POSITIONING LINE
Which is THE line?

Recommended: resolve by surface — homepage hero (live) "Build AI-native skill around your real work"; campaign "AI fluency for your actual job. Not a template. Yours."; internal category "capability transformation engine."

Alt: force one everywhere. They're complementary across layers — labeling beats collapsing.

C4 · CATEGORY WORD
"fluency" vs "capability"

Recommended: external "AI fluency"; internal "capability transformation." Minor.

Alt: standardize on one.

R1 · METAPHOR — resolved
driving-school vs flight-simulator

Not a fork: driving-school = worldview (Manifesto); flight-simulator = the sandbox practice method. Both, distinct jobs. Nothing else stacked.

R2 · VOICE GUIDES (×2) — resolved
aina-cc vs PKM

Not a fork — merge as two lanes: marketing lane (PKM: banned-angles, channel rules, 1–5 voice-check rubric) + curriculum lane (aina-cc: per-level calibration, CI-regex enforcement). Richest = the union.

The OS, in brief

What the living doc locks in

ICP — "Anxious Achievers"

25–40 white-collar, competent at the job, behind on AI. Gate = Awareness + Anxiety + Agency (all three). Entry = Operator. Buying Relief · Clarity · Momentum. Excludes skeptics, builders, students. (4 named personas + JTBD are PKM-advisory, not founder-locked.)

Positioning — 5 pillars

Relevance · Genuine skill · Durability · Against the class divide (hook) · Meet you where you are (on-ramp). Proof: "3–4 hours → 30 minutes after Level 3."

"There are two kinds of workers right now. You get to choose which one."

Voice

A sharp colleague who's done the job — not a coach, guru, or hype account. Union banned-word list + banned-angles ("Learn AI fast", "10 prompts…", "Future-proof your career"). Ship marketing copy at ≥21/30 on the voice-check rubric. Curriculum copy is CI-regex gated.

Narrative

Horse-to-car; the 80% in the middle quietly drowning; tools are car companies, your job is to learn to drive; "it's okay not to drive — but know you're choosing." AINA is the driving school; the sandbox is your flight simulator.

Next

Answer C1–C4 (or say "go with the recommendations") and I'll lock the doc, then optionally Codex-review it and add the remaining clusters + archive manifest.
