AINA × AI Fluency · starting brief for the dedicated session report + session + Codex 2026-06-01

AI Fluency × AINA — the Setup

Your strategy report, the prior Claude Code session, the current Brand OS, and an independent Codex pass — reconciled into one starting point. No decisions made; the forks are teed up for your focused session.

The synthesis (all sources agree)

AI Fluency = category/search language · AI Fluent = the learner's identity/credential · AI Fluent Score = the diagnostic entry · AI Fluent+ / Pro = the product ladder · AI Fluenting™ = the social/method layer · AI Native Academy (AINA) = the master brand.

The spine: ai-native = tools/companies · ai-fluent = people with AI skills · AINA bridges them. "AI Fluency" is a category term, not a trademark — own AINA + AI Fluenting™ instead.

⚑ Framing — don't over-anchor on domains

Many domains were bought opportunistically — for flipping, a themed content network, and different ICPs — not all AINA. The domain inventory, credential-subdomains, and the 12-vs-25 infra (F5) are a secondary, separable track, not the heart.

The heart is two things: the gate (the assessment / readiness entry) and AI Fluency Skills for People — the bridge (ai-fluent = people building real, transferable skill). The session keeps voice · content · marketing aligned to these.

Nothing is set in stone — names, tiers, framing evolve with market signals + feedback already captured. A starting point, not a lock.

01 — Product ladder

The offerings

AI Fluent Score  → diagnostic / lead magnet (free)
↓ assessment + report + 2 lessons free, then paywall
AI Fluent+     → Levels 1–3 (Meta Thinker → Operator → Centaur)
AI Fluent Pro  → Levels 4–5 (Builder → Orchestrator)
AI Fluency Bootcamp → cohort ·  Workshop → B2B ·  Report → authority asset

credential split:  .com = buy/enroll  ·  .plus / .pro = verify/badge

AI Fluenting™: "Prompting is asking AI. AI Fluenting is working with AI." The method/verb layer (complements Anthropic's AI-Fluency framework; model-agnostic).

02 — The forks to decide

Six, with Codex's recommendation

F1 track namesAI Fluent+ / Pro vs AI Fluent Core / AI Native ProShip AI Fluent+ / Pro (domains+badges cohere); "core" = descriptor not SKU
F2 L1 nameMeta Thinker vs Prompter vs MetaPromptingPrompter publicly; retire MetaPrompting; frame skill as "meta-thinking"

03 — For the session

Open questions to settle

  1. Final public SKU names — AI Fluent+ / Pro, or Core / AI Native Pro?
  2. Canonical L1 name — Prompter, Meta Thinker, or new?
  3. "AI Fluent Score" vs "AI Fluency Score" — and what does it measure (bands, methodology, confidence)?
  4. Which domains become real properties vs redirects?
  5. What earns an AI Fluent+ vs Pro badge (lessons / assessment / capstone / human review / expiry)?
  6. Is AI Fluenting a social/meme layer, or a formal named method/trademark track?
  7. How does this reconcile with the parked homepage reframe (AIN-331) + the in-flight U3/U4/U5 — does the homepage become AI-Fluent-Score-first?
Ready

This brief — report + pulled session + Brand OS + Codex — is the opening context for the fresh, dedicated session. Bring your full focus; the forks are framed, nothing's been decided for you.
