The Real Voice — From the Source

I found the actual ICP doc and Founder Manifesto in your archived aina_platform_docs. Here's the richer voice guide built from them, side-by-side with what U1 already shipped — so you can reconcile before anything hits the repo.

Correction to my earlier finding I first said "no brand voice guide exists." Half-right: nothing is titled "voice guide," but AINA - Positioning.md is the de-facto voice + messaging guide — five named pillars, a "voice in the wild" section, and an explicit do-not-say list. This consolidates it with the Founder Manifesto (the worldview) and the ICP doc.
A — Who + worldview

Anxious Achievers, written to in the founder's voice

Who: 25–40 white-collar knowledge workers, good at their job, beginners only at AI. The filter is Awareness + Anxiety + Agency — all three, or they don't convert. Not skeptics, not builders, not students. The 80% in the middle, between the bros and the doomers.

Worldview (the Manifesto): name the enemy as the noise and falling behind, never AI. Horse-to-car: AI fluency is learning to drive, not understanding the engine. Tools are car companies; your job is to learn to drive. Respect the right to opt out — "it's okay to choose not to drive."

"You're not behind because of AI. You're behind because no one showed you how to use it at work."
B — Do / Don't

The voice, concretely

Do

  • Name the enemy as the noise + the gap, not AI.
  • Talk to the middle 80%; treat anxiety as a starting point.
  • Driving-school worldview, flight-simulator practice — both, nothing else stacked.
  • Specific over abstract ("the warehouse manager doesn't need a marketing prompt").
  • Lead with identity ("this is for me"), then the mechanism.
  • Calm authority — solid, not fast. Concrete metric: "3–4 hours → 30 minutes."

Don't say (from the Positioning guardrails + the live-site audit)

  • "Learn AI fast" · "10 prompts that will change your life" · "Future-proof your career" · "AI won't replace you — someone using AI will."
  • "Learn AI / Master AI / Become AI Native" — too abstract.
  • The AI-cadence tells: repeated "statement — fragment" em-dash rhythm, triple-beats, the "honest" tic.
C — Pillars

Five message pillars, in pitch order

1 · Class divide (hook)"There are two kinds of workers right now. You get to choose which one."
2 · Relevance"The warehouse manager doesn't need a lesson on writing marketing copy."
3 · Genuine skill"You don't learn to fly by reading about aerodynamics." (sandbox + evaluator)
4 · Durability"The tools will change. How you think doesn't have to."
5 · Meet you where you are"Anxious about AI? That's your starting point. Not a disqualifier."

Primary line: "AI fluency for your actual job. Not a job description. Not a template. Yours."

D — The side-by-side

Net: U1 is directionally right on voice + vocabulary, but thin on the messaging architecture (guardrails, 5 pillars, voice-in-the-wild) the Positioning doc already contains.

E — Decisions for you

Three to lock

  1. ICP age band: ICP doc says 25–40; Positioning doc narrows to 30–35. Pick one.
  2. Level-1 name: source "Prompter" vs live-site "MetaPrompting." Pick one.
  3. Metaphor: confirm driving-school (worldview) + flight-simulator (sandbox) as complementary — the clean answer to the parked AIN-331 "which metaphor" question.

On your nod, this becomes U2's icp-personas.md + narrative.md and an upgraded voice-guide.md (with guardrails + pillars + voice-in-the-wild), all provenance-tagged. Nothing is in the repo canon yet.
